How to change your Pin for Cisco Phone
How to change your PIN and/or turn on call forwarding
To change your PIN on your desk phone click on the link below: Cisco Self Service Portal in Green text

Sign in with your username and password
Click on Change Pin from one of the options, enter new PIN and enter again to confirm and click on update.
Click on Call Forwarding to forward your desk phone to ring to another device.
