How to enter a ticket to report an issue

Use the link below to enter a ticket

Click on Login in the upper right corner indicated by the arrow
Login with your SPS credentials
If you are on a Shared PC open Chrome or Edge in incognito/private browsing session
Clicking on browse help articles will give you some solutions to help you solve your problems. If no article is listed for your problem, click on Report an Issue

Report an issue, see image below.
Enter your email address, add a subject and give a description of your problem and click on submit
The help desk team will respond to the request and work with our teammates to get your issue resolved.
