How to enter a ticket to report an issue
Use the link below to enter a ticket
https://nyssupport.nucor.com/
- Click on Login in the upper right corner indicated by the arrow
- Login with your SPS credentials
- If you are on a Shared PC open Chrome or Edge in incognito/private browsing session
- Clicking on browse help articles will give you some solutions to help you solve your problems. If no article is listed for your problem, click on Report an Issue
- Report an issue, see image below.
- Enter your email address, add a subject and give a description of your problem and click on submit
- The help desk team will respond to the request and work with our teammates to get your issue resolved.
